What can I expect from my session

Saturday appointments are at 360 Therapy, LLC in a serene private environment where you will benefit most from your massage. 360 Therapy, LLC is located in the Rubicon building (Thompson Bridge Road, Gaineville GA) Upon your arrival text or call me at 678-283-7508. I will come down and welcome you into the building. Once in, we will go to the 2nd floor, Suite 207.

  • If this is your first appointment and you have not printed and completed the intake forms I emailed you, I recommend you come 15 minutes early to complete the required forms.
  • I will review and discuss with you the information on your intake form and complete the release information.
  • Based on information gathered, we will make a plan for what type of massage will best meet your needs.
  • I will leave the room.
  • You will undress to the level of your comfort and lie on the massage table (facing up) under the top blanket and sheet. The sheets will be folded down for your convenience.
  • I will enter the room and adjust the bolster and temperature of the room to make you as comfortable as possible.
  • I will ask permission to start your session.
  • Areas of concern will be ethically cared for while maintaining proper draping techniques.
  • If at any time you are uncomfortable or would like the pressure of the massage techniques applied to change, just say so. I will adjust and adapt the massage to meet your level of comfort.
  • Sometimes during a massage NORMAL responses to relaxation occur; the need to move or change position, sighing, yawning, change in breathing, stomach gurgling, emotional feelings and/or expression, movement of intestinal gas, energy shifts, falling asleep and memories.
  • Each person experiences massage differently, trust in your body to express what it needs to.
  • Talking during the massage happens. I will use a soft voice to check with you regarding pressure and techniques applied. Should you wish to talk more, I will take my cue from you and be happy to carry a conversation. Should you like to relax and get lost in the massage, I am happy to stay quiet and limit my verbal communication to questions regarding your comfort.
  • I will leave the room when the session ends.
  • You will get dressed.
  • You will pay for your session.
  • Your documents will be stored in a locked cabinet.

No two sessions are alike, but I try to keep consistency and honor your time.

Late arrivals

Should you arrive late for your session, I will adjust your massage to finish at the agreed time and you will be expected to pay for the full session price. Should I be late for a massage, I will add time to the massage or come to a mutual agreement to compensate you for the reduction of time.
